Red Centre

60ml Bourbon
15ml Bénédictine
15ml Bois Crème de Cassis
10ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Australian Bitters
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
