Sergeant Pepper

45ml Chilli Infused Mezcal Tequila
15ml Red Bell Pepper Juice
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Yellow Chartreuse
7.5ml Cane Sugar Syrup
1 Pinch of Salt Flake
Red Bell Pepper Slice (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and double strain into a coupette glass. Add garnish.
