Head On A Silver Platter

60ml Vodka
10ml Flavoured Sugar Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Spray of Alcohol of Choice From An Atomiser
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Stir and strain ingredients into a rocks glass. Add garnish.
