30ml Gin
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
40ml Delgado Zuleta 'La Goya' Manzanilla
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pineapple Gum Syrup
5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherries (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the Angostura Bitters and strain into a beer stein filled with Maraschino cherries. Top up with the bitters and add the mint sprig.
