Pisco Sour
60ml Pisco
4 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Egg White
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Orange Zest (for Garnish)
Shake and strain ingredients into a champagne flute half filled with crushed ice. Add garnish.
