1 Lime (cut into 4)
30ml Añejo Tequila
1 Brown Rock Sugar Cube
Dark Beer

Squeeze the juice out of lime into a highball glass and drop the pieces into the glass. Add the tequila and sugar cube and muddle. Fill the glass with the ice and beer. Muddle again.
