Brazillian Mule

30ml Vodka
15ml Peppermint Schnapps
15ml Ginger Wine
30ml Espresso
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup
Ginger Beer
Coffee Beans (for Garnish)

Make espresso and let it cool, then shake it with all other ingredients but the ginger beer and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up the glass with the ginger beer and add garnish.
