Sunken Treasure

30ml Gin
15ml Peach Liqueur
Champagne
Teaspoon of Apricot Conserve
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Put the apricot conserve into a cocktail glass, push the garnish into the conserve. The stir and strain the gin and peach liqueur into the glass, topping up with champagne.
