Shanghai Punch

30ml Cognac
30ml Dark Rum
45ml Orange Juice
20ml Cointreau
20ml Lemon Juice
Almond Extract
Black Tea
Grated Orange Peel
Grated Lemon Peel
Cinnamon Stick

Boil tea, add it to a highball glass and then add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
