Sgroppino

2 Small Scoops of Lemon Sorbet
40ml Prosecco
20ml Lemon Vodka
20ml Lemon Juice
Pinch of Ground Coffee (for Garnish)

Whisk ingredients and pour into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
