Pea Cooler

30ml Vodka
30ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 Sprig of Tarragon
15ml Lemon Juice
50ml Cucumber Juice
10ml Agave Nectar
25g Cooked Peas
Pea Pod (for Garnish)
Cucumber Slice (for Garnish)

Muddle the peas and nectar before adding the remaining ingredients and shaking vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnishes.
