40g Skinned Ripe Yellow Peach
250ml Prosecco
15ml Agave Syrup
20ml Aperol
1 Teaspoons of White Chia Seeds
Yellow Peach Slice (for Garnish)
Blend the peach with the agave syrup and Aperol until smooth, put this mixture into a bowl with the seeds and stir well. Pour this mixture into a coupe glass, top up with the prosecco and add garnish.
