Goldfinger

40ml Cognac
20ml Port
20ml Blood Orange Sorbet
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
75ml Champagne
Dried Blood Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Mint Leaves (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously and strain into a goblet. Top up with the champagne and add garnishes.
