Assassine

45ml Japanese Whiskey
15ml Crème de Poire
2 Teaspoons of Simple Syrup
20ml Egg White
5 Dashes of Wasabi Tincture
Pear Slices (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients vigorously, add ice and shake again and strain into a rocks glass. Add garnish.
