Tipperary

45ml Irish Whiskey
20ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Green Chartreuse
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupette glass. Add garnish.
