Duck Soup

60ml Bourbon
15ml Apricot Brandy
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Pineapple Juice
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnishes.
