Vice Versa
20ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Luxardo Bitters
15ml Gifford Pamplemousse Liqueur
30ml Gin
Rosé Cava
Shake all ingredients but the Rosé Cava and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the Rosé Caca.
