Prosecco Classico
135ml Prosecco
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
1 Dash of Brandy
Put Angostura Bitters on a sugar cube and put the soaked sugar cube into a champagne flute. Top up the glass with the brandy and prosecco.
