Bergdorf Lunch

30ml Apple Juice
30ml Pear Juice
20ml St-Germain Liqueur
45ml La Diablada Pisco
1 Teaspoon of Orange Blossom Water
3 Apple Slices (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients with crushed ice and strain into a highball glass. Top up with more crushed ice and add garnish.
