Cherry Thyme Daiquiri

60ml White Rum
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Cherry Heering
10ml Simple Syrup
2 Sprigs of Thyme (1 for Garnish)

Add ingredients to a crushed ice filled shaker, shake well and strain into a hurricane glass. Add garnish.
