The Rosalie Fizz

40ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Champagne Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
3 Drops of Rose Water
20ml Egg White
5ml Soda Water
Rose Petal (for Garnish)

Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice and shake again and strain into a tumbler glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
