150ml Shiraz
30ml Cognac
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Allspice
1 Teaspoon of Cardamom
1 Teaspoon of Orange Zest
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, then reduce to the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes and strain it in a mug.
