10ml Single Malt Scotch
1 Egg White
60ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Blossom Water
60ml Soda Water
Coat the inside of a cocktail glass with the scotch and then dispose of the scotch. Then dry shake and strain the rest of the ingredients but the soda water into the cocktail glass and top up the glass with the soda water.
