Boozy And The Beast

Hibiscus Tea
Teaspoon of Shredded Coconut
45ml Light Rum
30ml Coconut Water
20ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Hibiscus Petal (for Garnish)

Steep the tea and coconut in a teapot for 10 minutes, strain about 90ml of it into a teacup then dry shake and strain the rest of the ingredients into the teacup. Add garnish.
