40ml Reposado Tequila
20ml Alizé Gold
10ml Ginger Syrup
20ml Passionfruit Puree
2 or 3 Lime Leaves
Cinnamon Sugar
Ginger Slices (for Garnish)
Prepare a double rocks glass with half a rim of cinnamon sugar, then press the lime leaves in the shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake and free strain into the glass. Add garnish.
