Bourbon Cowboy

60ml Bourbon
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
40ml Iced Tea
15ml Lemon Juice
4 Basil Leaves (1 for garnish)

Muddle three of the basil leaves with the angostura bitters in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake and strain into a rocks glass. Add garnish.
