Rhuberry

60ml White Rum
45ml Rhubarb & Strawberry Puree
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Sparkling Wine
Strawberry for Garnish
Lemon Twist for Garnish

Shake and strain all ingredients but the sparking wine into a mug. Top up with the sparkling wine and add garnishes.
