Vuelta

50ml Patron Silver
15ml Home made Coconut Bitters
10ml Agave Syrup
15ml Egg White
Egg Yolk
Salted Coconut for Garnish

Dry shake ingredients, then shake with ice and double strain into a vintage wine glass rimmed with salted coconut.
