Rob Roy (Perfect)

60ml Scotch
15ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Dry Vermouth
Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
Maraschino Cherry and Lemon Twist as garnishes

Stir and strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass and add the garnishes.
