Punt E Mes Fizz

22ml Punt e Mes
45ml Sweet Vermouth
45ml to 60ml Prosecco
Lemon Twist for Garnish

Stir and strain Punt e Mes and sweet vermouth into a chilled cocktail glass. Top off glass with prosecco and add garnish.
