Pierce Brosnan

45ml Vodka (straight from the freezer)
15ml Chilled Champagne
1 Sugar Cube
8ml Absinthe (or substitute)

Pour vodka into a chilled cocktail glass, add the champagne and stir briefly. Place the sugar cube on a spoon, soak it with the absinthe and ignite it with a match. Drop the flaming cube into the drink.
