Saratoga

30ml Brandy
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes of Maraschino Liqueur
1 Small Pineapple Slice
5ml Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.
