3 Strawberries (1 for Garnish)
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup
2 Lime Wedges
30ml Absolut Kurant Vodka
Champagne
Muddle the strawberries with the syrup and wedges in a shaker, add the vodka and shake well. Double strain into a champagne flute, top up with the champagne and addd garnish.
