1 Sugar Cube
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
30ml Brandy
Champagne
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Put the sugar cube into a champagne flute and add the bitters. Allow the sugar cube to absorb the bitters before adding the remaining ingredients, topping up with the champagne. Add garnishes.

30ml Dry Gin
1 Teaspoon of Absinthe
1 Teaspoon of Simple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Orange Bitters

Stir ingredients and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

30ml Sambuca
15ml Bailey's Irish cream

Build the sambuca into a shot glass and float the Bailey's on top.

Build ingredients into a champagne flute, topping up with the wine.

90ml Brandy
30ml Orange Curaçao
30ml Pineapple Juice
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Vodka Fizz

30ml Vodka
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Lime Slice (for Garnish)
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.

Sake Snow Cone

30ml Sake
15ml Sparkling Wine
4 Drops of Saline Solutions
2 Tablespoons of Grapefruit Granita
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a rocks glass, topping up with the granita. Add garnish.

Campari Spitz

40ml Campari
60ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Orange Wheel (for Garnish)
3 Olives On A Pick (for Garnish)

45ml Cognac
45ml Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

30ml Jägermeister
30ml Peppermint Liqueur
