Charlie's Pick-Me-Up

30ml Aged Rum
30ml Passionfruit Cordial
60ml Sparkling Apple Juice
2 Mint Sprigs (for Garnish)

Build the rum and cordial into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the juice and add garnish.
