The Polariser

Handful of Coriander
15ml Anise Liqueur
30ml Lime Juice
90ml Ginger Ale
Kaffir Lime Leaf (for Garnish)

Muddle the coriander in a highball glass and top up with the remaining ingredients. Add garnish.
