Lemon Juice
Caster Sugar
30ml Brandy
1 Dash of Curaçao
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling Wine
Rim a wine glass with the juice and sugar, stir the remaining ingredients except for the wine and strain into the rimmed glass. Top up the glass with the wine.
