Subterranean Homesick Blue Hawaii

30ml Light Rum
15ml Blue Curaçao
60ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Coconut Cream
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a martini glass. Add garnish.
