9 Pineapple Chunks
3 Basil Leaves
3 Mint Leaves
1cm Serrano Chilli Slice
60ml Ocho Blanco Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Cointreau
35ml Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Leaves (for Garnish)
Muddle the pineapple chunks, leaves and chilli slice, add the remaining ingredients, shake well and double strain into a large martini glass. Add garnish.
