New Yorker

30ml Scotch
1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Icing Sugar
Finely Grated Lemon Rind (for Garnish)
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.
