30ml Gin
30ml Yuzu Sake
30ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Grapefruit Slice (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
