Peach And Cardamom Bellini

1 Cardamom Pod
15ml Peach Purée
150ml Prosecco
Thin Peach Slices (for Garnish)

Open the cardamom pod, put the seeds in a shaker with the peach purée and gently stir. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute, top up with the prosecco and add garnish.
