5 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
1 Barspoon of Violet Liqueur
15ml Cognac
150ml Champagne
Rose Petal (for Garnish)
Blueberry (for Garnish)
Drip the bitters on the sugar cube and gently drop the cube into a champagne flute. Build the remaining ingredients into the flute and add garnishes.
