The Island of Dr. Merlot

60ml Merlot
60ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Simple Syrup
15ml Orange Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Bacon (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a wine glass. Add garnish.
