Apple Blossom

45ml Applejack
30ml Apple Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Maple Syrup
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a champagne saucer. Add garnish.
