Shanghai Noon

30ml Jamaican Light Rum
1 Teaspoon of Pernod
10ml Lemon Juice
Half A Teaspoon of Grenadine
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
