2 Small Pineapple Chunks
30ml Light Rum
30ml Yellow Chartreuse
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Pineapple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)
Muddle the pineapple chunks in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
