Cowboy 45

2 Mint Leaves
30ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Half A Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Champagne

Muddle the leaves in a shaker, add all remaining ingredients but the champagne and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with the champagne.
