Radicchio Spritzo

45ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Orange Liqueur
5ml Suze
60ml Soda Water
Radicchio Leaf (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into a wine glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
