Kin Kan

5ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
45ml Beefeater Gin
30ml Kumquat Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice

Rinse a coupe glass with the elderflower liqueur, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.
